Two journalists from Cambodian Express News (CEN) said they received a death threat from a dog owner after they livestreamed a conflict between the dog owner and a person who was bitten by his dog. The CEN journalists were afraid of this threat and recorded the voice of the dog’s owner for evidence in case something happens to them in the future
