TomasinoWeb, the digital student media organization of University of Santo Tomas (UST), was forced to shutdown after the university's Office of Student Affairs (OSA) ordered the organization to delete the photo of students from the College of Information and Computing Sciences (CICS) entering a convenience store inside the campus because the image had allegedly caused "public ridicule."
