Radio City 97.5 FM broadcaster Darcie de Galicia announced on Facebook that he and ABS-CBN Teleradyo broadcaster Noel Alamar had been charged with 941 cases of cyberlibel by Quezon Governor Helen Tan and husband, Region 4-A DPWH director Ronel Tan, before the Pasay City Prosecutors’ Office.
