Description
At about 10 AM of August 28, veteran broadcaster Waldy Carbonell was arrested by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group of the Philippine National Police on the basis of a warrant of arrest on a cyber-libel charge. According to an FB live posted on his Facebook page, he was taken to Camp Crame. Carbonell’s wife questioned the arresting officers why was he arrested on a weekend.
